Batman returned on January 19th & 20th on ABC for its second week, which debuted The Penguin as the villain. Burgess Meredith took on the role, looking and acting as if he came right off the page of the comic book. “Partners in Plunder” was the title of said comic book that “Fine Feathered Finks” and “Penguin’s A Jinx” were based on.
