I’ve had many listeners asking when they’d be hearing some of the stuff I’d recorded at Doctoberfest 2023 and it’s finally time. A big thank you to Keith & Jany Bradbury of Who North America for having me and their son Jonathan who provided recording equipment and filmed and recorded for me.
During Doctoberfest I had a short chat with the wonderful Sophie Aldred who played the 7th Doctor companion Ace on the classic series from 1987-1989, reprising it a year ago for the 13th Doctor’s regeneration story “Power of the Doctor”. In addition, I also talked with Larry VanMersbergen, who has one of the largest Doctor Who collections on the planet, Lego Master Jason Wolfson, film prop collector Troika Brodsky, custom action figure creator Kevin Lyons and our good ol pal Russell McGee of Big Finish.
I do want to note that the audio came back to me pretty rough, but I did my best to fix it up and make it pleasant to your ears. I think you’ll like what we have in store for you here from Doctoberfest 2023.
