“An Unearthly Child”, the first episode of Doctor Who broadcast on the BBC 6o years ago this week. Being as the show means so much to me, I definitely wasn’t going to let this week or month go without doing SOMETHING for it. Rather than trying to outdo other podcasts or overthink things, I decided to go with something more relaxing and simple.

I welcome back Russell McGee of Big Fish and he and I go Doctor to Doctor, staring with William Hartnell and share our 3 favorite stories from each. Hear our passion and what within the 60 years keeps us going and how our tastes with the show pan out across time and space.

In this first installment, we discuss a bit of an overview and dig into the first three Doctors – William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee.
