PopCon returns for its 11th year in Indianapolis this coming April 26-28. This is the first of 2 cons this year, the other happening in Louisville at the end of August.
To hype up the upcoming event, I’ve asked owner Carl Doninger to return and tell us what’s all in store and why you should come and be a part of the festivities.
