The “World Film Project” enters week 2. To refresh or introduce you to this concept, during these couple weeks on the show, we’ll be spotlighting a film that a country, not necessarily always given the spotlight for their cinematic output, considers one of their classics.

Joining me for this adventure will be show regular Sharareh Drury. Her background and film appreciation really lends her talents in this direction and I’m excited for the discussion we’ll have on these movies.

Next up here is Sódóma Reykjavík aka Remote Control (1992) from Iceland. This wild and crazy teen comedy is one that both Sharareh and I fell in love with. It’s a comedy in the style of such films as After Hours, Go, Superbad, Booksmart…you get the gist. The “one crazy night” genre. Seek out this film and enjoy our discussion!
