Sound of My Voice was a film that struck me, stuck with me and I continue to think about to this day. A little film that has big ideas and so much to say. These are the types of science fiction movies that impress me so much and the kind I dig and dig and search for all the time trying to get my next fix.

Jamie Alvey was the perfect person to bring on for this one in more ways than I realized when I asked if she’d like to come back for this celebratory week. It was oddly a similar kind of movie to the one she had picked in her first appearance on the show.

This movie has so much to unpack and we roll it by, step by step. We have a lot of ideas, theories and wonderful discourse and dissection of this film while marveling at all it’s accomplished.

As a bonus, if you watch the YouTube edition of this episode, you’ll get to see plenty of cute puppy action going on in the background.
