Bonnie Langford makes her debut as Mel Bush in the Pip & Jane Baker Agatha Christie homage “Terror of the Vervoids”. It also sees Bond and Avengers icon Honor Blackman grace the time and space of Doctor Who.

With production changes, turmoil and all sorts of things going on behind the scenes, companion Mel really got a really weird end of the deal in her entrance and how her tenure played out. She makes her start here in an overstuff mystery with a questionable looking monster that may remind you of some genitalia. Though, Pip & Jane Baker’s words do seem to sing well with Colin Baker once again.

Rachel Frend from the The Five(ish) Fangirls Podcast and the Gold Standard – Oscars Podcast is the Companion for Doctor Who: The Colin Baker Era.

The Brandon Peters Show “Trial of a Time Lord” Old Space Show Special with Rachel Frend will conclude tomorrow (3/31) with “The Ultimate Foe”.
